Agreement

By using Hushglide you agree to these terms. The app is provided by ELAR GROUP SH.P.K., Tirana, Albania. Effective date: 10 October 2026.

Not medical advice

Hushglide offers sounds for relaxation, sleep and focus. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Results differ from person to person. If you have a sleep, hearing or health problem, talk to a doctor. Keep the volume at a comfortable, low level. Do not use Hushglide while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention. If you have epilepsy or a seizure disorder, ask your doctor before using rhythmic sounds.

Gentle wake feature

"Sleep & Wake Gently" is a comfort feature, not an alarm clock. It depends on your phone staying on, charged and not closing the app. Always keep a normal alarm for anything important.

Subscriptions and purchases

Hushglide Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Google Play (or Apple) account. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. If a free trial is offered, you will be charged when it ends unless you cancel before. You can cancel any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions (or in Settings → Manage subscription inside the app). Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple according to their policies.

Your licence

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app and its sounds for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the app or its sounds.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
